14th arriving in Arequipa in the evening (20h), evening walk and already a first demonstration on the marvelous Plaza de Armas, students supporting the Palestinians, bear in mind it is summer holiday for the students, but they still managed to put together a rather nice action, including comic actor and burning of the flags (Israel and USA-flags)

- Misti, climbing the Misti in 2 days, very cold the last part during the night, but succeeded, later, in the afternoon instead of resting visit Santa Catalina, the principal tourist attraction in Arequipa.

- San Isidoro: Huaca de Huallamarca + tiny museo, parque El Bolivar; centro Lima + congreso, mirador cerro san cristobal (barrio Rimac)

- Pachacamac archeologecal site (south of Lima), centro (parques neptuno (+ other south of 28 de julio), paseo de los heroes(palacio de justicia)), plaza Francia, monasterio S Domingo, La Alameda, plaza de armas plaza San Martin.
- Caral, archeologecal site close to Supe (civilisation of 2200 a.c.), full day, short stop on way back in Huacho (just a little coastal city, absolutely no foreign tourists here)
- Museo dela nacion (where I saw back my good English friend Dex !) Pueblo libre (shopping centers), Callao + submarino !, parque de aguas (beautiful water+sound+light effects and games)
